These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of traderoompro.com and the TradeRoom PRO online learning platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by CREDO Trading LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You agree not to:
All course content, trading setups, scanner configurations, playbooks, charts, lesson materials, instructional videos, session recordings, and other materials on the Service are the exclusive property of CREDO Trading LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trade secret law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own educational purposes while your account is active. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any materials without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you post to the Service (chat messages, notes, community posts, trading journals). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service.
You represent that any content you post does not infringe third-party rights and complies with Section 4 (Acceptable Use).
The 12-month TradeRoom PRO Mentorship Program is a separate paid service with its own enrollment agreement. Enrollment is by referral only; tuition and refund terms are specified in the separate Enrollment Agreement signed at the time of enrollment and are not governed by these Terms.
Use of the free portions of the Service (public website pages, course previews) does not create an enrollment relationship.
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party platforms including Google Firebase, Google OAuth, GitHub Pages, Interactive Brokers, Trade-Ideas, Sterling Trader Pro, TraderVue, Zoom, YouTube, and Discord. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREDO TRADING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INSTRUCTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST TRADING CAPITAL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or us. You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing use and requesting account deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page and will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
