TradeRoom PRO is a trading education platform operated by CREDO Trading LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit traderoompro.com or use our online learning platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — email address, display name, role (student or instructor), set when you register. We do not collect government ID, date of birth, phone number, or mailing address through the website itself.
• Platform activity — chat messages, session notes, watchlist entries, community posts, course progress, quiz scores, and (for enrolled students) daily drill logs and capital tracker entries that you choose to submit.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, authentication session tokens, and timestamps necessary for the platform to function.

We do not collect credit card or bank account numbers through this website. Tuition payments, when applicable, are handled separately and are not processed through traderoompro.com.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and administer the platform (sign-in, chat, notes, course progress)
• To deliver educational content and track your progress through modules and quizzes
• To facilitate instructor-student communication during live sessions
• To improve platform performance and curriculum quality using aggregated, de-identified data
• To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and tax obligations

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

The platform relies on third-party infrastructure that may process your data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting) — subject to Google's privacy policy
• Google OAuth (optional sign-in with Google) — subject to Google's privacy policy
• GitHub Pages (static web hosting) — subject to GitHub's privacy policy
• Google Fonts (web typography) — subject to Google's privacy policy

Enrolled students use additional third-party platforms (Interactive Brokers, Trade-Ideas, Sterling Trader Pro, TraderVue, Zoom, YouTube, Discord), each of which operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. We encourage you to review each provider's policy independently.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including access controls and secure authentication via Firebase. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted or stored.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and platform-activity data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Educational performance records for enrolled students may be retained for up to five (5) years following the conclusion of enrollment, or as required by applicable Florida or federal law. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.

7. Your Rights

To the extent required by applicable law, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Withdraw consent for discretionary data uses at any time

Requests must be submitted in writing to credotradingllc@gmail.com and will be processed within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

TradeRoom PRO is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
